Grand Drive, Morden
A radical redesign of a mixed-use scheme for CSH level 3 compliant affordable housing replacing a derelict petrol station. The design incorporates diverse green roof amenity spaces to improve the ecology of the site and reduce surface water run off. There is a SUDS system in the car park to prevent future flood risk. The combination of solar collector’s, an internal MVHR system and a highly insulated airtight envelope assist in reducing carbon emissions.
