Oakhurst One
The first phase of an industrial park providing 4 high quality buildings to a very good BREEAM standard. The buildings vary in size, to provide for a variety of uses from starter units to a major warehouse. Construction of the second phase will be completed in summer 2006 with two later phases planned for the future.
